How to Order

There are several ways you can view and order our products:

  • Order online
  • Visit our warehouse
  • See one of our representatives

Ordering On-Line

Most customers use this website to place orders. You must register with us before you can see all products and make an order. Once you have registered and we have accepted your password by calling or emailing you, simply log in and choose the stock that you would like to order.

If you cannot remember your password there is a simple link whereby we will send you an email which allows you to enter a new password.

Once you have chosen what you'd like to order proceed to the checkout. Here you can go over your order.

There is a low minimum order of $100.


Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries and deliveries cannot be left without a signature.

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

This email will contain the following information:

  • Connote numbers (tracking numbers)
  • Reference number (invoice number)
  • Number of cartons that have been dispatched
  • Delivery Address

Please have a go at tracking your own parcels before calling our office.

Please note that if any of your items are classified as dangerous goods, then they may be shipped separately. You will receive a separate tracking email for these items.

Please allow extra time for delivery of the dangerous goods due to the separation of DG classes and the use of on-forwarders in selected areas. Your patience is appreciated.

It is completely normal for orders to contain multpile deliveries over a span of a few days.


We are happy to accept faulty or damaged goods for a full refund or credit within 7 days of receiving the stock. Please include your account number or a copy of your original invoice with your returned goods. All goods must be sent back to our warehouse for monitoring purposes. Your postage for returned goods will be repaid to you.

Please Note: We do not offer returns on shop-soiled goods, price tagged goods, COVID19 items or change of mind. 

Useful points to note about web-ordering

If you wish to leave an order part-finished or your PC goes offline, your order will be automatically saved. You can retrieve it by clicking the saved cart icon.

You can use the search box to find an item by its stock number or a combination of descriptive words. TIP! Keep words simple, don't use plurals and its easier if you use part-words e.g if you use the search word "Trailer" it will bring up trailer connectors, trailer hooks etc.

About the way we pack our goods

Most of our lines can be bought in single pieces. The pack quantity of each product is stated under the description.


We will need to charge you GST at the prevailing rate if you are trading in Australia.

You are welcome to visit our warehouse which is located on the Gold Coast. We are open five days a week (excluding public holidays), 8.00am till 4.00pm.
